The awards received by Faisal Holding Hotel’s demonstrates its drive to deliver recognized international standards and best practices, enhancing guest experience, while continuing to protect and improve local communities.

This commitment has been recognised by the success of its hotels in several categories at the recent MEA Hospitality Excellence Awards, which is presented to recognize the industry’s top organizations that have shown skill, creativity, ingenuity and success in the Middle East, India & North Africa’s growing hospitality industry:

• Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel - Gold Award, Hotel of the Year (Green Initiatives)
• Coral Beach Resort Sharjah - Gold Award, Hotel Team of the Year
• Individual awards for CSR Champion of the Year, Covid/Safety Champion of the Year, Accounts and Finance of the Year, IT of the Year

2021 achievements also include the Go Safe Certification for High Standards of Safety and Hygiene for 3 of the Faisal Holding Hotels, Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel, Coral Beach Resort Sharjah, and Coral Dubai Deira Hotel and the award of ISO 22000 Certification for Food Safety Management was awarded to Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel, Coral Beach Resort Sharjah, Coral Dubai Deira Hotel and Corp Amman Hotel.

In addition, Faisal Holding Hotels (FHH) along with its partner company HMH launched the ‘Be Green, Go Green’ initiative in March 2021, empowering its teams to take positive environmental action in their local communities. Since then, two of its premier properties, Corp Amman Hotel, and Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel, have achieved the ‘Green Key’ award for environmental excellence, because of exciting initiatives ranging from mangrove planting, in-house organic produce gardens to beach cleaning and waste recycling.

Green Key is managed by the Foundation for Environmental Education, which is a global non-profit, non-governmental organisation. The Green Key award is the leading standard excellence in the field of environmental responsibility and sustainable operation within the tourism industry.
